“Antique” firearms are defined as a firearms made in or before 1898. Modern Black Powder firearms utilize Percussion, Flintlock, Cap & Ball or 209 Primer ignition methods. We require a legible copy of your valid driver's license or state ID showing your age and current address. This may be mailed or scanned and emailed to us (preferably). Your gun will be sent requiring an adult (18 or older) signature.

In the states of CA, CO, CT, DC, IL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, and NY, cartridge-firing Antique handguns can only be shipped to FFL dealers. In the states of CA, CO, DC, IL, MA, MD, MI, and NJ, cartridge-firing Antique long-guns can only be shipped to FFL dealers. We cannot ship any Black Powder guns to the cities of New York & Surrounding Area, Washington DC, Chicago/Oak Park, San Francisco or Los Angeles. In the states of IL, MD, MI or NJ, Modern Black Powder firearms can only be shipped to FFL Dealers. Sorry, but at this time, we do not accept C&R licenses.
