Hello, and welcome to our “Shipping” page. Specific shipping amounts are indicated in each auction. Insurance is included with all purchases and often times an adult signature is required. Because of agreements with our Consignors, the following applies: We try to ship not later than 1-2 business days of clearing your payment and/or receiving your credit card deposit. The credit card companies hold your payments up to four days before depositing into our account. Please read everything below and many thanks for your diligence.

Note: By ATF law, firearms can only be shipped to the “Premises Address” on your dealer’s license and adult signatures will be required.

CARRIERS: We exclusively ship through FedEx for long-guns, etc., and USPS for hand-guns, etc. If you’re buying a hand-gun, it is important to ask your dealer if he can receive deliveries from the Post Office at his “Premises Address”! Also, we try to always send you the tracking number so please let us know if you haven’t received one.

LOCAL PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE.

PACKAGING: All items are very carefully packaged (by a gorgeous, blond, shipping manager!) to ensure happy deliveries. If we get boxes from our Consignors, we will use them and their packing materials (if possible). We will then reflect this in a lower shipping amount in the auction. If boxes from the Consignors are not available, we use brand-new, heavy-duty shipping boxes (for long guns), custom made for us by a local company—the quality packing materials are also new! These new boxes are a considerable expense so sometimes our shipping rates may seem a little high. Seriously, we are not trying to make money on shipping, we actually lose money more often than we gain any!

DESTINATIONS: We ship only within our Continental United States. We will also ship to Alaska and Hawaii at additional cost (you must ask for quote before bidding). Once the shipping facility receives your item, we are no longer responsible for its delivery and/or damage or loss (they are!). We will help, of course, but you’ll also have to deal with them. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence. Here’s a deal for you: To see if you’ve read this far, email me that you have, and we will only ship your long gun in the new boxes. And to sweeten the deal, we will include in your package, a refund of any overage of shipping costs. This is a temporary offer we’re doing as a test.
